How AttenTest seamlessly connects the School Main PC and Teacher Mobiles with separate offline storage and zero internet usage.
The primary school computer holds the master institutional database. Administration manages student enrollment, examination schedules, grading rules, fee structures, and full-campus records.
Devices communicate over the school local Wi-Fi router (no internet subscription or data SIM required). When teachers submit attendance or marks from their phones, data transfers directly into the desktop ledger.
Teachers open the lightweight companion APK to mark classroom attendance (Present / Absent / Leave) and input subject test marks. Data is stored offline on each teacher device separately.
Real-world operational capabilities proven in private schools, colleges, and academies.
Record weekly tests, monthly reviews, and term examinations by class, section, and subject with customizable total and passing marks formulas.
Rapid daily classroom attendance marking (Present / Absent / Leave) with real-time class summaries and automated absentee tracking.
Generate one-click official student progress updates, DMC marksheets, and daily absence notices sent directly to parents' WhatsApp without SMS gateway fees.
Generate professional, high-resolution student Detailed Marks Certificates with student photo slot, subjects breakdown, remarks, and official seals.
Strict anti-piracy hardware security binds your installation to your campus machine motherboard, guaranteeing permanent offline security.
Plan 4 VIP Edition synchronizes encrypted backups automatically with your school Google Drive, providing permanent protection against hardware failures.
Affordable licensing with Lifetime Ownership or Annual Validity options. No hidden monthly fees.
Deploy AttenTest on your campus administration PC and connect teacher mobile phones over local campus Wi-Fi. Every installation is cryptographically secured with Hardware Lock ID licensing.
